An expedition to salvage the remains of Mechagodzilla comes up empty handed. Instead a massive dinosaur, Titanosaurus, is discovered and destroys the sub. When Interpol launches an investigation, they are lead to the Black Hole Aliens, Dr. Mafune, and his mysterious daughter Katsura.
